I loved that the hotel had a garden, a terrace with mountain views, and a restaurant where I could enjoy a delicious meal or drink. The staff was always available at the reception, ready to help me around the clock.
Oh, and let's not forget the expensive water, because who doesn't love paying more for something as essential as water?

The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and available 24/7. The garden and terrace offered stunning views of the mountain, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The free WiFi throughout the property was reliable and made it easy to stay connected. The rooms were well-maintained and offered amenities like 24-hour room service and free WiFi.
Construction noise during the afternoon was a bit disruptive.

The owner, Gloria, warmly welcomed us and prepared delicious meals for us. She even provided us with useful tips for our hike in the Colca Canyon. We stayed at a rustic hostel with no electricity or wifi, but it added to the charm. the room was basic but clean, with a stunning view. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, serving delicious meals at a great price. Breakfast was included and plentiful. Gloria, the owner, went above and beyond to help me when I had abdominal cramps. Muchas gracias!
Couldn't stay longer 😞.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room had a amazing view over the canyon and was spotlessly clean and cozy. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful garden where I could relax and enjoy my sandwiches. The staff was friendly and accommodating, letting me check in earlier than expected. Breakfast was included and they even packed me a delicious egg sandwich for my early morning hike. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all excellent.

Delightful garden and terrace, perfect for sipping tea and feeling posh. The staff were quite helpful, probably because they had no other guests to attend to. Recommended if you enjoy a serene mountain view and solitude.
Oh, how I relished sitting on a toilet with no seat. Such a charming Peruvian experience!

I loved the single room at Posada Gloria! The tile/marble floor gave it a cool and refreshing vibe, perfect after a long day of exploring. Plus, having a patio was such a nice touch! I could enjoy the fresh air and relax with a book.
The only downside for me was the garden view in the double room. It's just a personal preference, but I would have preferred a different view.

The single room at Posada Gloria was perfect for my low-budget adventure. The tile/marble floor gave it a cozy and rustic vibe, and the patio was a nice touch to relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, the free WiFi was a bonus!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the garden view in the double room. It just wasn't my cup of tea.

The tour desk at Posada Gloria was incredibly helpful in planning family-friendly activities for us. They provided us with detailed information and recommendations for nearby hiking trails and sightseeing destinations. The staff also arranged transportation for us, making it convenient to explore the area with our children. Additionally, the currency exchange service on-site made it easy for us to convert our money and ensure we had the local currency for our adventures.
My children wanted a play area or some form of entertainment specifically designed for kids.

As backpackers, we loved the comfortable and clean rooms with modern bathrooms. The view from our window was amazing, overlooking the mountains. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious, and the included breakfast was hearty. The owners went out of their way to ensure our comfort and even greeted us on the bridge when we arrived. They also have a small store in case you need any supplies for your trek.
Felt like family, no complaints at all.

We got great value for our money at Posada Gloria. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with an amazing view of the canyon. The location was perfect, right in the middle of a beautiful oasis. The staff, especially Gloria, were friendly and were pretty good too make us feel welcome.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more options.
